From July 4 to 10, 2016 the restaurants at Four Seasons Hotel The Westcliff Johannesburg will feature an exciting menu of Canadian flavours using a combination of South African and locally-available Canadian ingredients. Visiting Canadian Executive Chef François Blais and Four Seasons Executive Chef Dirk Gieselmann have created an original menu to Celebrate Canada’s National Day in South Africa.

The 3 course menu is available at Flames for lunch and dinner from 4 – 8 July and for dinner only on 9 and 10 July at R425.00 per person.
