South African Bloggers celebrates its 2nd Year Birthday
SABloggers, a national online movement also known as We Blog for Love, works to support, inspire and connect bloggers across the country. Now entering into it’s second year, SABloggers is celebrating it’s second birthday on 26 September at Happy Hippo Accommodation on Durban’s South Beach.
SABloggers, the brainchild of well known writer and social media community manager, Sandy Nene, was just a spark of an idea, that quickly grew into the well-reputed and innovative platform it is today.
Sandy says: “I still pinch myself every time I go online and find such high levels of engagement and excitement around SABloggers. It’s become a great community, that supports and connects. I am so grateful to everyone who has believed in this movement and actively contributed to its expansion. Most of all, the bloggers who take part and the brands who work with us have been incredible. I’m looking forward what the next year of We Blog for Love brings!”
Media Consultant to SABloggers, Cath Jenkin, had this to say: “Sandy’s idea to connect bloggers and work with people to create a cohesive blogger movement in South Africa speaks for itself. With his commitment and buoyed by a passionate circle of South African bloggers, I believe We Blog for Love will do great things! It already has”
SABloggers has been privileged to work with some of South Africa’s greatest brands, including Makoya Brands, 1st Zulu Safaris, Samsung South Africa, Dermalogica, Rain Africa and many others.
As SABloggers looks towards the future, Sandy and his team will celebrate the movement’s successes so far with some of their team and brands. For more information on We Blog for love, please visit Website; weblogforlove.com facebook.com/sabloggers twitter.com/sabloggers instagram.com/sabloggers
